Founder and CEO of Sonneil. Before setting up Sonneil, he led the marketing and selling of properties to foreign clients at Banco Sabadell and Caja Mediterráneo real estate agencies for 7 years. Moreover, prior to that, he worked as a strategic consultant and even as a volunteer in Central America.
He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management and an MBA from ESADE Business School and Advanced Management Program (AMP) at IESE (Munich and Barcelona). On top of that, he is also member of the Board of Directors of RICS in Spain and Chairman of the Residential Property Professional Group. He also dedicates some of his time at the IE Business School (Madrid), teaching Online Marketing in the Real Estate Executive Program.

Nadine has gone through all the stages of the sales and marketing of property to foreigners: from working as a telephone operator at the Call Centre at Mediterranean, Caja Mediterráneo estate agency, to being responsible for Banco Sabadell’s Financed Developments at Solvia, Banco Sabadell estate agency. What a client needs is not unknown to me.
She holds degree in Political Sciences and Administration from Miguel Hernández University; Extraordinary End of Studies prize. Besides her job at Sonneil, her other great passion is the needle and thread.

Absolute dedication to customer satisfaction, not only for the acquisition of the good or service but for the process that entails. Juan learned this motto early on at the University of Alicante, where he studied tourism and later the Master in Tourism Planning and Management. After living in France and Germany, he enters the Real Estate sector in Alicante through Solvia Inmobiliaria, where he specializes in international customer service and later in consulting and business development in the International Business Unit of the same company. There he learns to develop and implement real estate sales strategies aimed at international clients and to know the complete cycle of the sale process, from first contact to the writing signature.
Now at Sonneil, his goal is to lead the best sales team that ever existed and get customers to have an exceptional shopping experience.

Born in France, he has lived in several countries such as Ireland, England, France or Switzerland. After completing his studies in the UK, he came to Spain where he developed a career in several start-ups in the IPSPs (Internet Payment Service Providers) sector in Barcelona. With a solid experience in project management and IT teams management, he participated in the growth and development of Adsalsa internationally. In 2017, he joined Sonneil, to be part of a team determined to build a new way of buying properties.
He holds a BSc Hons Computing Science and a MSc Computing & Design at Ulster University, Magee College, Derry, UK.
When he is not involved with the marketing team, he spends time with his family and plans his next trip to some remote lands.

Born in Dénia, of Belgian parents. From a young age, he was dedicated to teaching as a diving instructor. After 8 years dedicating himself to diving, he started in the real estate sector, a completely new world for him, but in which he took great pleasure very early on.
He enjoys his job, dedicating himself to all kinds of people and nationalities, getting that confidence when it comes to communicating and, above all, transmitting that confidence he has. Because what he wants, is that all our customers are satisfied with the final product, and not only that, but that they are happy with the attention received, which is what ultimately transmits the most value.
He considers himself a humble, creative person with great capacity to help others.

From very early on he has been facing customers as a receptionist and head of customer service in London, Alicante and Tenerife and then as a sales delegate in the education sector. He begins this new stage in the real estate sector to offer his experience and ensure that the purchase of the house is a global experience that includes everything from choosing it to offering help throughout the process to the delivery of the keys.

Having a University degree in Public Administration in Russia and a Bachelor
degree in Marketing and International Trade in the Netherlands Alexei was

Moscow he worked as a marketer for such companies as Pirelli Tyre Russia and
Volvo Cars Russia, then he expanded his career focus into sales and business

Alexei prefers to spend his free time with his loved ones, travel and study Western
languages and oriental philosophy.

His academic education has always been linked to the artistic and creative branch. He studied Bachelor of Arts and later Higher Degree in Graphic Design Advertising; furthermore, he followed a Master illustration and animation 2D and 3D, in Alicante. With a trajectory of about 10 years in the graphic and web design sector, his future purposes focus on continuing to learn day by day and achieve new goals.
Among his great hobbies .. his passion for tattoo(ing) in his spare time, drawing and painting. In addition to playing soccer and snowboarding in the winter season.
Optimism, perseverance and teamwork are the keys to achieving the objectives.
Born in Alcoy (Alicante), he has a degree in Business Administration but is dedicated to digital marketing since he completed his academic education.
After several years working in a multinational marketing company, he starts a new professional adventure in Sonneil to put his experience and know-how into practice , and to bring clients to the house of their dreams.
In his free time, he tries to keep informed of the latest developments in the industry and is a football coach for youth teams.
