Protection of personal data according to the Data Protection Act

In compliance with the current personal data protection regulations, Sonneil, S.L. hereby informs you that the personal data collected through forms provided on the website is added to databases specific to Sonneil, S.L. service users.

The personal data is gathered and processed automatically to facilitate the business relationship and to provide information, training, advisory services and other activities of Sonneil, S.L.

Data gathered by users of the services

In cases where the user includes files containing personal data on shared servers, Sonneil, S.L. accepts no liability for breach by the user of the data protection regulations.

Data storage in accordance with the LSSI

Sonneil, S.L. hereby informs you that as a provider of data hosting services and pursuant to Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services (LSSICE), the information necessary to identify the source of the data hosted when providing the service will be stored for a maximum of 12 months. Storage of these data does not affect the secrecy of communications and may only be used within the framework of a criminal investigation or for safeguarding public security, in which case it will be made available to judges and/or courts or the Ministry that requires them. Data shall be disclosed to State security forces and bodies pursuant to the personal data protection regulations.

Intellectual property rights

Sonneil, S.L. is the owner of all copyright, intellectual property rights, “know how” and other rights related to the contents of the and the services offered therein and the programmes necessary for its implementation and the related information. Reproduction, publication and/or any use that is not strictly private of all or any of content of the without the prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property of the software

The user must make correct use of the third-party programmes made available by Sonneil, S.L., even though they are free or charge and available to the public.

Sonneil, S.L. holds the necessary exploitation and intellectual property rights for the software.

The user does not acquire any right or licence through the service contracted, over the software necessary to provide the service, nor over the technical information to follow up the service, except for the rights and licenses necessary to perform the contracted services and only for the duration thereof. For any actions outside the performance of the contract, the user will require written permission from Sonneil, S.L., and the user may not access, modify, display the configuration, structure and files on servers owned by Sonneil, S.L., accepting civil and criminal liability arising out of any incident that may occur in the servers and security systems as a direct result of a negligent or malicious action on your part.

Intellectual property rights over hosted contents

Any illegal use of intellectual property of the services provided by Sonneil, S.L. is forbidden, particularly:

Use contrary to Spanish law or which infringes third party rights.

Publication or transmission of any content which, in the judgement of Sonneil, S.L, is violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racial, xenophobic or defamatory.

Cracks, software serial numbers or any other content that violates third party intellectual property rights.

Gathering and/or use of personal data of other data without their consent or in contravention of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

Use of the domain’s mail server and email addresses for sending unsolicited bulk e-mail

The user accepts full responsibility for the content of its website, the information transmitted and stored, the hypertext links, third party claims and legal actions regarding intellectual property rights of third parties and the protection of minors. You are responsible for abiding by the laws and regulations in force and the rules governing operation of the online service, e-commerce, copyright, maintenance of public order, as well as universal principles of Internet usage.

The user will compensate Sonneil, S.L. for all costs incurred by Sonneil, S.L. as a result of liability attributable to the user, including legal costs, even without a final legal decision.

Protection of hosted information

Sonneil, S.L. will make back-up copies of the content housed on its servers, however, it accepts no liability for loss or accidental deletion of users’ data. Neither does it guarantee total restoration of any user data deleted, since said data may have been deleted and/or modified since the last backup was made. The services offered, except for specific backup services, do not include restoration of the content of the backups made by Sonneil, S.L, when the incident is attributable to the user; in which case, a fee will be calculated considering the complexity and volume of the recovery, always with the user’s prior agreement. Restoration of deleted data is only included in the price of the service when the loss of the content is for causes attributable to Sonneil, S.L.

Marketing messages

In accordance with the LSSI, Sonneil, S.L. will not send you advertising or marketing messages by e-mail or other equivalent means of electronic communication unless requested to do so or expressly authorized by the addressees.

In the case of users with a prior contractual relationship with Sonneil, S.L., you agree to receive commercial communications about products or services of the Sonneil, S.L., which are similar to those that were initially contracted with the customer. In any case, the user may request not to receive marketing messages through the Customer Services channels, providing proof if identity.
