Marketing Director

  • Management of real estate site from landing page to get the lead
  • Develop and manage A/B test plan to improve conversion rates across channels
  • Work with web developers team to optimize site performance and design
  • Analytics and reporting: monitor and measure website performance and work with data team to provide ongoing analysis as it pertains to funnel improvements – you should know the key metrics top of your head
  • Ensure compatibility with various browsers and different platforms
  • Develop and execute Website SEO optimization plan as well as provide input and contribute to content strategy
  • Manage setup of partner pages and promo
  • Spearhead new and creative methods for driving pre-join engagement and harvesting actionable leads from site visitors.
  • Diversify our landing experiences based on partners, channel, and campaign to maximize effectiveness while working with product to rationalize the number of unique pages to be maintained.
  • Work with product to develop scalable website solutions that realize improved funnel conversion through fluid technology solutions rather than more independent page versions
  • Be a strong communicator, help the organization learn and advance by communicating test results, learnings and next steps throughout
Place of work:

Europe (Alicante or Barcelona preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred.
  • 5 years+ of proven web/online marketing or e-commerce experience at a leading Web company
  • Passionate about web optimization, web analytics and data
  • Proven experience and success developing A/B test plans
  • Expert in Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Comfort and experience tracking and analyzing data, and providing recommendations based on facts
  • Design sensibility and some web design capabilities
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams with an ability to influence others internally and externally
  • Ability to manage projects, be organized and able to set clear priorities
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with Optimizely, ClickTale and WordPress
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is needed
  • Experience using web content management systems

Sales Manager

  • Targeted product finding to ensure of a balanced and attractive portfolio.
  • Assisting in the qualification of clients by telephone and preparing visits.
  • Undertake inspection visits, which may last a day, or up to 3 or 4 days.
  • Airport pick-ups and drop-offs, if required.
  • Area tour of the locations of interest and to demonstrate the Spanish life-style.
  • Viewings of pre-selected properties and other properties that may become of interest / appropriate during the tour.
  • Sales process and documentation.
  • Assistance with after-sales functions.
Place of work:

Costa del Sol, Barcelona and Costa Brava.

  • Previous sales experience (specific training provided).
  • Residential property knowledge (preferable).
  • Languages: English or German (Russian and French also of interest).
  • Driving license and own vehicle.
