A new home near the sea

We all love new things, don't we? We like wearing newly bought shoes or sleeping on a mattress that no one has ever used before. The same applies for houses. That is why at Sonneil we specialise in selling new-build properties. Because new homes have many advantages:

More quality and energy efficiency. We take a close look at the quality of the materials and processes used in construction. That way, we achieve greater energy efficiency (required by law) which, in turn, guarantees long-lasting installations and helps you save on your bills.
More guarantees. The builder's liability is established by law. If there are defects in the installations, there is a one-year guarantee. If the defects are structural, three years. For hidden defects that affect the stability and safety of the building, it is ten years.
In addition, all details, from the specifications to the delivery date, are set out in writing. This way, should unforeseen events occur, you can be sure that you will be able to make a claim.
More customization. The homes are delivered ready to move into. Instead of worrying about major renovations, we offer customisation options to create a unique home. Finishes, colours, textures, distribution... enjoy the process!
More flexibility. New builds offer greater payment flexibility. For instance, the down payment can be made in instalments during the construction process. Also, at Sonneil we have agreements with financial entities so that you can get a mortgage with good conditions.
