Alfredo Millá

Founder and CEO of Sonneil. Before setting up Sonneil, he led the marketing and selling of properties to foreign clients at Banco Sabadell and Caja Mediterráneo real estate agencies for 7 years. Moreover, prior to that, he worked as a strategic consultant and even as a volunteer in Central America.

He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management and an MBA from ESADE Business School and Advanced Management Program (AMP) at IESE (Munich and Barcelona). On top of that, he is also member of the Board of Directors of RICS in Spain and Chairman of the Residential Property Professional Group. He also dedicates some of his time at the IE Business School (Madrid), teaching Online Marketing in the Real Estate Executive Program.

Nadine Thêry

Nadine has gone through all the stages of the sales and marketing of property to foreigners: from working as a telephone operator at the Call Centre at Mediterranean, Caja Mediterráneo estate agency, to being responsible for Banco Sabadell’s Financed Developments at Solvia, Banco Sabadell estate agency. What a client needs is not unknown to me.

She holds degree in Political Sciences and Administration from Miguel Hernández University; Extraordinary End of Studies prize. Besides her job at Sonneil, her other great passion is the needle and thread.

Borja Rodríguez

In 2018 he joins Sonneil after three years working in the audit department of KPMG.

Born in Alicante, he studied a double degree in Law and Business Administration at the University of Alicante and Solent University in Southampton (United Kingdom). He has a Master's Degree in Auditing from UDIMA.

He dedicates his free time to his passion, sports, playing paddle tennis and basketball. He loves to travel and get to know new cultures.

José Gilberto Mullor

Born in Alcoy (Alicante). He holds a degree in Computing Science, and Industrial Management Engineering. He has dedicated his whole life to web development and new technologies. He has been involved in several projects, like Entradas a tu alcance, which sells online big shows and concerts, or adSalsa, a company specialised in online marketing, the one which opened his eyes to new markets. In 2018 he joined Sonneil in order to improve purchasing experience.

Among his hobbies, he likes cinema and listening to music, also playing with any kind of electronic devices.

Nuria Miranda

Nuria has had the pleasure of working in the Real Estate world for over 15 years in several markets internationally and nationally, dynamic and diverse markets such as California, London, Qatar, Oman and Spain.

She began her professional life in the Hospitality world working for the prestigious brand Four Seasons Hotels in California, their training and world class way of hosting guests gave Nuria an amazing platform for developing her customer care and attention to detail.

Nuria´s experience is broad in the Real Estate world from Residential, Commercial, Developments, Land, Exclusive projects to leading and directing real estate companies in the Gulf.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, going hiking, climbing, tennis and going on long walks with her Labrador.

Juan Pastor García

Juan learned this motto early on at the University of Alicante, where he studied tourism and later the Master in Tourism Planning and Management. After living in France and Germany, he enters the Real Estate sector in Alicante through Solvia Inmobiliaria, where he specializes in international customer service and later in consulting and business development in the International Business Unit of the same company. There he learns to develop and implement real estate sales strategies aimed at international clients and to know the complete cycle of the sale process, from first contact to the writing signature.

Now at Sonneil, his goal is to lead the best sales team that ever existed and get customers to have an exceptional shopping experience.

Lionel Fenestraz

Born in France, he has lived in several countries such as Ireland, England, France or Switzerland. After completing his studies in the UK, he came to Spain where he developed a career in several start-ups in the IPSPs (Internet Payment Service Providers) sector in Barcelona. With a solid experience in project management and IT teams management, he participated in the growth and development of Adsalsa internationally. In 2017, he joined Sonneil, to be part of a team determined to build a new way of buying properties.

He holds a BSc Hons Computing Science and a MSc Computing & Design at Ulster University, Magee College, Derry, UK.

When he is not involved with the marketing team, he spends time with his family and plans his next trip to some remote lands.

David Cabrera Rabasco

His academic education has always been linked to the artistic and creative branch. He studied Bachelor of Arts and later Higher Degree in Graphic Design Advertising; furthermore, he followed a Master illustration and animation 2D and 3D, in Alicante. With a trajectory of about 10 years in the graphic and web design sector, his future purposes focus on continuing to learn day by day and achieve new goals.

Among his great hobbies .. his passion for tattoo(ing) in his spare time, drawing and painting. In addition to playing soccer and snowboarding in the winter season.

Enrique Nasarre Puy

Technology and maths have gone with him all his life. MSc Industrial Engineer, specialised in robotics and industrial automation. He is really deep into the digital world, he bought a smartphone before they were sold at the shops. Enrique is dedicated to buy and optimize online traffic SEM and Social Ads, addicted to learn new things and experiment to get the best results. He holds a degree (MBAi) in Digital Business by IEBS, and is also passionate with new technologies like IoT or BlockChain.

When he is relaxing, he enjoys going for tapas, doing sport in nature or watching a good movie.

Joan Llácer García

In his free time, he tries to keep informed of the latest developments in the industry and is a football coach for youth teams.
